PINK. The kind of pink that is sometimes pronounced PANK. Pink Seven just kind of happened one day as Ariel was thinking about summer warmth, sweet flowers, and the sweet floral dresses that people had just started to wear all over town to enjoy the sunshine. Well-suited for the warm months (and a gentle, hope-filled reminder of summer for the colder parts of the year), this is a pink and girly scent. It made us both look at each other and say "Happy!" at the same time. Sweet, utterly girly and floral, Pink Seven is (rather appropriately) made of seven pink things: Pink Lady apple accord, pink lemonade, pink grapefruit, pink geranium, pink cotton candy, fresh strawberry, and red currant for a little extra blush.

as much as i love less sweet, heady blends, i also just want something fun and girly to bring my spirits up, and this really hits the spot without being pre-teeny. out of the bottle, it's mostly fizzy grapefruit soda, but once it hits my skin the geranium takes center stage. since it has so many notes, i can smell them battling for dominance--a few sniffs later, and the cotton candy is a little more evident as well.
when it dries, it's mostly strawberry and geranium on my skin and it honestly reminds me of the fruity scent you get on like, strawberry-scented dolls? which isn't bad at all, it's so nostalgic. this feels like a really good perfume to wear to a bridal shower, cause it's reminiscent of those fruity ginger ale punches that are practically a requirement at each one.

The name is spot on--if someone were to ask me what pink smells like, I'd just hand over this squee. I'm normally an amber/spice/headshop perfume kinda person, but I've been trying to expand my horizons and also find things more suited to triple digit temperatures and this fits the bill. It's a great, light, happy summer scent.

My normal perfume favorite notes are things like "creosote" or "machine oil" or anything that i could buy at a head shop. I was realizing i lacked any sort of GIRL smell, so i grabbed a bottle of this on impulse (my favorite shade of pink eyeshadow is actually called PANK, so i had to buy this).
I'm SO glad i did.
It indeed smells "HAPPY!" right out of the bottle. I normally dislike "girl smells" because they all tend to be the same boring floral/citrus note with no "umph" behind them. This isn't one of those.
The geranium smells so fresh it makes me think of, when i was a kid, i would rub flower petals and get the smell on my skin. It's so natural, it takes me right back to the actual feel of flower petals.
I love currants so much and this is a blend where the currant note ACTUALLY SMELLS LIKE A CURRANT!
The apple note gives it a sweetness, but not overpowering. IMO, all of the fruit is in that perfect "alllmost ripe" stage. Like, if you had all of these planted in your garden and were walking down, you would sniff the air and go "oh, yeah, these will be perfect tomorrow".
On me, it never went soapy (which is weird because anything floral normally goes straight to soap on me).
This is probably my favorite "girl" fragrance. It's unique, sweet (without being foodie or sickly cloying sweet), fresh...it just makes me happy every time i smell it.
I also agree with the lingering aspect. Normally i find any sort of floral fades extremely quick, but this stays and has a very nice throw.
So, if you're not a girly girl, but you finally want to get a "girly" smell, pick this one up.

On me this is very soapy, but not like a gross hotel-room kind of soap, a fruity fun happy sort of soap. It's a very bright, clean smell. Perfect for right after you get out of the shower on a warm summer day.

Just got this in today and, sure enough, it smells happy! It's sweet and bright. It lingers beautifully but isn't heavy. A great buy!
