Shipping Info

I do my best to mix and pack orders in 10-15 business days. Monday through Friday are business days; I take the weekends and major holidays off. Since ZOMG is a tiny little shop making handmade goods, sometimes I take longer than I'd like when I have a lot of orders and Mom can't help me make stuff, but you can always check on your order status by emailing me at ariel@zomgsmells.com if you're worried. 

If your order is time-sensitive due to a special occasion (or because you're moving, or any reason), please let me know via email (ariel@zomgsmells.com), because I don't always get a chance to read your order comments until I'm actually making your order. 

You'll receive a note from the shop when your order ships out. Orders shipped inside the United States will ship via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. For orders outside the US, your order will ship First Class. There are currently no economically-feasible worldwide tracking options available, but I do get some limited info about international package movement and I do my best to help if something goes missing. Any customs fees or other fees charged on international packages are the responsibility of the recipient.

International shipping can get very expensive, and I'm still trying to calibrate the shop correctly to handle it accurately-- soap is so heavy that two 8-bar batches (that's a bit over 4 pounds) cost me $49 to ship to Canada, but the shop is set up expecting lighter-weight scent bottles and vials and didn't know how to adjust products for weight, so it charged $14 by price. Ouch. I'm trying to get things calibrated correctly in the backend, but until that's worked out, if I get a heavy soap order for parts outside the United States's handy flat-rate shipping, I may have to contact you and refund you or adjust shipping, per your preference.
